These Product Terms of Sale apply to all purchases and reservations made through darsenosi.com.

TWO WAYS TO ACQUIRE A PIECE
- Checkout pieces: items priced under EGP 50,000 may be purchased directly online via Add to Cart and Checkout.
- Reservation pieces: signature, one-of-one pieces (typically priced EGP 50,000 and above) are reserved personally via WhatsApp. Our team will confirm availability, arrange viewing if desired, and coordinate payment and white-glove delivery directly with you.

CONDITION OF GOODS
All items sold by Dar Senosi are antiques or salvaged architectural and decorative pieces. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items are sold as found, with restoration limited to what is necessary for structural integrity or safe use. Expect natural signs of age: patina, small losses, repairs, or wear consistent with decades of history. These are not defects but part of each piece's character, and are not grounds for return unless materially misrepresented.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Reserved pieces are held at the price quoted at the time of reservation for a reasonable period, as communicated by our team.

PAYMENT
Checkout pieces are paid for online via the payment methods available at checkout. Reservation pieces are paid for via the method agreed with our team (bank transfer, instalment, or other arrangement as applicable).

ONE-OF-ONE PIECES
Because most reservation pieces are unique, once a reservation is confirmed and a deposit or payment is made, the piece is held exclusively for you and removed from availability. Cancellation terms for reservations will be communicated at the time of booking.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Checkout pieces: you may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is materially different from its description, in its original condition. Contact hello@darsenosi.com to initiate a return.
- Reservation pieces: due to their unique, one-of-one nature, reservation pieces are not eligible for return or exchange once payment is confirmed, except where the piece is materially misrepresented.
- Custom restoration work, if requested, is non-refundable once started.

WARRANTY
We do not offer a warranty on antique pieces beyond what is described above. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions and request additional photographs before purchasing or reserving.
