Shipping and Delivery

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship within Egypt only, covering Greater Cairo and the rest of Egypt.

CHECKOUT PIECES
- Greater Cairo: standard delivery typically within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.
- Rest of Egypt: standard delivery typically within 5–14 business days, depending on location.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of the item.

LARGE AND FRAGILE PIECES
Large architectural elements (doors, windows, furniture, marble, etc.) are delivered via white-glove service: our team or a vetted delivery partner will handle packing, transport, and placement with care appropriate to an antique piece. Delivery timing for these pieces is coordinated directly with you and may take longer than standard shipping.

RESERVATION PIECES
Delivery for reserved, one-of-one pieces is arranged individually with our team after payment is confirmed, including scheduling, packing, and any special handling required.

INSPECTION ON DELIVERY
Please inspect your piece upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours to hello@darsenosi.com with photographs, so we can assist promptly.

SHOWROOM PICKUP
You may also choose to collect your piece in person from our Maadi, Cairo showroom, by appointment.

DELAYS
While we aim to meet the timelines above, antiques and large architectural pieces may occasionally require additional time for safe packing and transport. We will keep you informed of any delays via WhatsApp or email.
